We only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
If you need to return an item and/or are due a refund you MUST contact us before you send it back. We will provide you with a return shipping address and an authorization number.
We will provide a full refund on unused and unopened filters, bags and belts ONLY less our shipping cost. If you received free shipping with your order you will be charged $5.99 or our shipping cost (whichever is higher).
Returns are NOT accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
